SMS Terms & Messaging Policy

1. Who Sends These Messages

Text messages described on this page are sent by Samurai Technology Limited, an Ohio limited liability company operating under the brand name Samurai Code, from 5 West Main Street, Westerville, OH 43081. Messages identify the sender as “Samurai Code.”

2. How You Opt In

We text only people who have given express written consent. Consent is collected on our contact form, where you enter your phone number and check a box that is unchecked by default. The box reads, in full:

I understand I may receive calls, emails, or text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Checking the box is optional. The form submits without it, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. We do not purchase, rent, or otherwise acquire phone numbers from third parties for messaging.

3. What We Send

Messages are limited to the following, and relate only to the inquiry you submitted:

• Replies to your inquiry: a response to the question you asked us through the contact form.
• Appointment confirmations: confirmation of a call or meeting you booked with us.
• Appointment reminders: a reminder before a call or meeting you booked, with the option to confirm or reschedule.

We do not send promotional or marketing text messages under this program.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Messages are sent in response to your inquiry and around appointments you have booked, so the number you receive depends on your own activity. Most people receive only a few messages in total.

5. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Samurai Code does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you according to your plan. Contact your carrier for details.

6. How to Opt Out, and How to Get Help

To stop messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will get a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further texts to that number. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL.

To resubscribe, reply START.

Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of email or phone contact, and does not affect any service you have purchased.

7. Carrier Support and Delivery

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

8. Your Privacy
